Character of System in Recruitment Process

1. Have component
The components of recruitment process are :
- Man     : interviewee, interviewer ( Human Resources Department )
- Money : money of the company that is used for this process
- Material : the content of questions that will be asked to the interviewee.
- Method : the mechanism in this process, they are the administration selection, writing test, interview process.
- Machine : the computer.
2. Have limitation.
This process is different with another process. Because every process has different characteristics. We can differ them clearly.
3. Have the environment.
This process is also influenced by the out side environment. The out side environments are : politic, social, culture, economic, security.
4. Have interface.
The place that usually used in this process is in Human Resources Department office.
5. Have the input.
To do the recruitment, HR Dept. always get the information from the department head about their need of the employee. Not only that, HR Dept. also try to find the information of the interviewee from the previous place he/she worked. Because they want to get the clear informations about the quality. They do not want to have employee who do not have good quality.
6. Have a process.
The processes are :
- The administration test : in this test, HR Department will select based on the completeness, and the education background, the appearance from the photo.
- Writing test : this test is used to know the knowledge of the applicant. 
- Interview test : usually done by the human resources and the department head who need the employee.
this test is used to know the way of the interviewee communicate, attitude and the grooming.
7. Have the output.
The output is to have the good quality employee from good recruitment process.
8. Have objective.
The objective is by having the good quality employee the company could run well, get high profit and can
survive.
9. Have control.
The control here is done by the human resources department and the department head. The function here 
is to maintain the quality that the employee have.
10. have feed back.
Feed back here is from the employee. How the satisfaction of the employee is. Are they satisfied with his
or her job. Do they have problem with his or her job or not. Because by doing so, we could maintain the
relation with our employee. So they will feel happy working with us.
